Expert in Social Media Promotion Needed

I am looking for an expert with professional experience in using Social Media to teach me how to promote events.

I am already familiar with making Event pages etc but would like tuition in the following:

??How to most effectively lay out an event

??How to invite (en masse) selected friends to the Event ( i.e. using one of those weird lines of code)

??When and whether it is worth promoting an event via paid ads
