Builder wanted-cellar stairs rebuilding

Hi

We've had an ongoing problem over the years with our cellar being damp. We've had some drainage specialists in to investigate a few times, but are still experiencing problems.

As it seems to be coming from the bottom of the cellar stairs, we want someone to remove the existing stairs (5 cement ones), so we can further investigate the source of the problem, then rebuild the steps after a solution is found.
