Beautiful huge traditional vintage patterned wool rug, very country house. The rug has been historically trimmed down one side (though hardly noticeable due to the pattern), it is threadbare in places due to its age (aprox 70 years) , with a few nicks in outside edge areas.

It is a warm mid blue colour, with a darker navy border edge and cream/gold floral pattern). It was professionally cleaned a couple of years ago when we first got it, but could do with another clean though not essential.

size aprox: 3.2 m x 3.8m

collection from Beckenham or maybe able to deliver to Dulwich/ Crystal Palace area.

    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
    • The street directory is on Ancestry and you'll need a subscription to access.  It's reasonably easy to navigate though you have to find the page you're looking for by a combination of trial and error/guesswork.  https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/61265/images/47056_263021009499_1592-00159?usePUB=true&_phsrc=Soz1793 There is though also a general search page for London directories where the street name can be entered in the keyword field and results will take you to the specific pages. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61265/
