I'm a local cranio-sacral therapist, part of the CSTA (Cranio-Sacral Therapy Association). I'm also a meditation guide, a graduate of The Oneness University. I use various meditation techniques including mindfulness and healing from various past situations.

Cranio-sacral therapy (CST) is a light touch, non invasive energetic therapy. Clients lie down on a massage table, comfortably on their back, fully clothed. Sessions can be conducted in silence or there is always the option of discussing what is happening throughout the treatment.

CST is very effective in releasing stress, shock, pain (physical and emotional) that may have been held in the system for a lifetime. A whole range of symptoms can effectively be treated by CST such as migraines, digestive disorders, ear infections, colic, motion sickness, insomnia, sinus issues, fatigue, neck shoulder and back pain/mis-alignment and many more.

CST specialises in healing birth trauma, which when left un-addressed in a person, can lead to hindering a person's physical and psychological growth. CST can help to heal such birth trauma in a person of any age; babies, children and adults. CST is also very beneficial for pregnant women, preparing both baby and mother for a less stressed labour. Some people choose to have CST as an enjoyable relaxing treatment.

CST balances the nervous system, enabling the cerebrospinal fluid that runs from the brain down the spine to flow with more ease. This therapy is a 'whole person healing' therapy and by bringing the body back to homeostasis or balance of the body, it will in turn help to eliminate many symptoms that the client may have been experiencing for a long time.

I welcome your call (07477 473673) or email ([email protected]) to answer any questions you may have, discuss your needs and I will explain the various options.

Home visits are also an option for meditation classes.

Warm regards,

Caz

    • I suffer from being annoyed by this too. Would it not be feasible to make certain narrow streets one-way? Would that work? I'm sure someone will tell me why it wouldn't........
    • Unfortunately not a great job. Work done in a rush and delivered late, issues not addressed and poor communication throughout.
    • Children below 10 are under the age of criminal responsibility and I believe that although it's not strictly legal, police rarely make a fuss about them cycling on the pavement - it's a good way for them to practice regularly. I feel terrified seeing little children wobbling along on the road and would always have rather risked getting into trouble than endangering my child . I once saw a really little child cycling on Lordship Lane with her father and felt so worried I said something - and he told me it was because of people were complaining. In this case it was a tiny child and you weren't injured and nothing was damaged so it seems a bit of an over-reaction. It doesn't seem to me that what the father said to you was particularly rude although if he wasn't supervising I agree that wasn't responsible.
