Hi everyone

Would you like to get some beautiful photos of your baby or child as a present for your other half or grandparents for Christmas?

ShutterBaby Baby & Child Photography will be hosting a professional photography mini session at The Dish and The Spoon in Nunhead (61 Cheltenham Road, SE15 3AF) on Tues 17th November between 10am and 12pm. Come along and get a high quality picture of your baby or child taken by Sara-Jane, a professional baby and child photographer, for only ?10 (price is for 15 minute session fee, prints are ?5 each). My style is fun and relaxed, which puts your children at ease and allows their personalities to be captured in beautiful pictures. Visit http://www.shutterbaby.co.uk for examples of my images. There's also lots of lovely recommendations for me on here :-)

The Dish and The Spoon is a fabulous cafe which has excellent coffee, cakes and light meals and space for babies and children to have fun. They also run a daily activities programme for children such as music and cooking.

Please contact [email protected] to book your 15 minute slot. Alternatively, if you would like a longer family session (at your home or in the park) visit http://www.shutterbaby.co.uk for details.

Look forward to seeing you there!

    • I think there's a lot in what you say. Although bi election results aren't usually indicative of GE results, I was horrified to see Reform support was so high in what had previously been a Labour stronghold, Labour and Conservative results reflecting the tired old parties they are.  It isn't our generation (sorry @Sue if I'm being presumptuous!) that will decide the outcome of elections but those in their 20s, 30s, 40s ... if they can be bothered to vote. The Greens and Reform now present a real choice instead of two centrist main parties of the last 30 years which has put people off voting. Perhaps locally I will continue to vote Labour, i really couldn't bear for the LibDems to return and we have to consider the demographic of the whole of Southwark. But come the GE I will probably vote Green.
    • I agree but in the case of McAsh, that would just have left his constituents without a councillor for 3 months until the May elections. MPs switching parties is really galling. If an MP is suspended for law breaking etc., then a recall petition can be issued and, if enough of the constituents support it, a by-election is called. I think the same should apply for defectors.
