Free second hand kids toys

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone

Free for pick-up from outside 124 Melbourne Grove:

A kids table for water-play (outdoors; good for summer)

A toddler "learn to walk by holding on and pushing me" plastic 4-wheel toy.

A toddler "learn to walk by holding on and pushing me" wooden 4-wheel trolley.

A small "lawnmower" in the shape of a dog (!).

And for adults

A chunky wooden stool that needs some love (sanding)

A "captains chair" that would need its fabric put through a washing machine!

Two metal deck-chair frames that need foam cushions.

All have been outdoors so weatherbeaten and best for outdoors.

Cheers

    • Hi, does anyone have their up to date number please?
    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
