Hi All...


For the third year running I am off to market to buy tasty, native breed, free range, pasture fed, meat and fish from Londons finest markets. Basically I' m your man at the market. 3am in the morning. I know what's good, buy fresh on demand, on the day, and at a good price. Delivery is free, same day, market fresh and chilled. My website will be launched around 25th Nov.


Below is a short list of what's available, please PM for anything else.

Free range bronze turkeys ?11?50/kg. free range crowns (3-6kg) ?14/kg.

Butterfly breasts (1-3kg) ?16/kg. Norfolk white Goose ?14/kg.

Cotswold cockeral (3-5.5kg) ?10.50/kg.

Native gammon smoked boneless ??9.50/kg, unsmoked ?8.50 Cooked Ham ??12/kg


Dry aged Hereford. Fore Rib ?19/kg. native breed ?16/kg

Rib eye ?15/kg.

Legs of Cornish Lamb 2.4-2.6kg ?28


Pigs in blankets ?14/kg

Green and streaky/back

bacon ? 14/kg.

200g traditional smoked salmon ?8' 400g ?14

Free range British turkey ?9.75/kg.

2.4kg legs of British lamb ?28

fillet steak ?38/kg.


Scallops ?28/kg ( roughly .80peach)

Whole 1.4kg sides of (unsmoked)salmon

Busy busy at market. Turkeys will be going up in price after weekend so please get yr orders in to avoid disappointment. Bargains inc goose and Forerib of beef. PM for details.

      Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?

      I can also strongly recommend Lukasz after he completed some floorboard repairs and some complex repairs to skirting damaged through dog chews. He is responsive, punctual, reasonably priced, detail-oriented and his work is to a very high standard.

      Really? Yes you are probably right as I know from personal experience with Guys… as I claiming travel costs back, that no one told me I could claim! Left hand does not know what right hand is doing regarding admin..  If they charged people for wasting overstretched staff in A& E as in not urgent just might deter people from wasting precious time…. But then you need interpreters, to explain if language is a barrier and admin staff to administer..  Correct me if I am wrong but is there not a train from Denmark Hill or East Dulwich which goes to London Bridge? Would be faster than 2 buses I would have thought.    Oh, forgot about Tessa Jowell but thought you needed GP referral in which case, that would be the place to go rather than a bigger hospital. Know there is one in Beckenham and you can call and they will give you an idea as to wait time…..same I hope at TJ…assuming they answer phone.. If one really things about it…too many  people in London for example and to few hospitals…
