Builders, window cleaner, drains, plumber & Electrician needed!

Hi, I need various jobs doing on my property.It would be great to get some recommendations and names of tradespeople I can contact. I live in Herne Hill (by brockwell park)

1) Window Cleaner

2) Builders - the building needs pointing, window sill needs painting, window frames need rebuilding (the old wood has rotten away)

3) Drains - need cleaning and refitting

4) Front door - old paint needs stripping.

5) Electrician / Kitchen - oven door and extractor fan is broken

6) Boiler - needs servicing
