Painted cream. 3 drawers. Hanging rail. Shelf at the top. Dismantled and held together by 5-6 huge screws. It arrived in pieces and the antiques dealer built it for me. When you collect you'll need to be handy or bring someone handy with you who is confident to dismantle it. Send me your email for more photos as I can't upload very well on here / sorry

    • Doing the outside - pointless Internally - dread to think what the condition is. And as they say, you can't polish a turd.
    • It's been suggested on the other thread that Stonegate are due to hand back to DE in September and there may be clauses in the contract about the condition it has to be handed back in
    • I suspect it may have been an end of lease requirement on the lessee. Probably negotiated with the ground landlord (Dulwich Estate) as to what should be done. Considering that they are not handing back a viable building for immediate re-leasing.
    • So over the last few days the old Harvester at the top of the lane has been cleaned up.  They’ve cut down all the trees and cleared the front then this morning there is a cherry picked painting all the hoardings.    Do we think the council has finally told Dulwich Estate to clean it up and stop it from being an eye sore or do we think it’s been cleaned because it’s been sold or it’s on the market?
