Two Ikea Franklin brown-black bar stools for sale - ?20 for the two. Used occasionally, a few slight marks but in good condition.

Size 74cm. Suitable for bar height 110 cm. Includes backrest, foldable with silver-colour legs.

Measurements: Depth 44cm, Seat width 34cm, Seat depth 34cm, Seat height 74cm, Height 103cm.

  It's been suggested on the other thread that Stonegate are due to hand back to DE in September and there may be clauses in the contract about the condition it has to be handed back in

  I suspect it may have been an end of lease requirement on the lessee. Probably negotiated with the ground landlord (Dulwich Estate) as to what should be done. Considering that they are not handing back a viable building for immediate re-leasing.
