Hello!

I am a cleaner who quite enjoys cleaning, therefore I take pride in presenting results as perfect as possible, taking care of the little things as I go.

I live near the border between Dulwich and Lewisham (SE22 0QU), so I can cover a good chunk of both areas.

I recently got some more free time that I'm looking to fill in with cleaning jobs, preferably by people who would like a weekly cleaner, although I could do one-offs as well.

Tuesday - After 3pm

Friday - From 10:00 am to 2 pm

I work for ?8 an hour and can present a reference if required.

If interested, pm me and please include your address, as I'm aiming at covering a radius of roughly 30-35 minute walk from the house I live in. If it's further away, chances are I won't be able to do it.

  As the days shorten having evening fireworks for e.g. birthday parties becomes more realistic, the idea that fireworks is only about Guy Fawkes day or New Year's Eve is not a rule. I personally do not like fireworks, but other do, and I would see no reason to stop other's pleasure. I am sure the local Puritans will object, and there are issues about disturbing wild life with unexpected noise. But I'm in favour of simple pleasures. And many do like fireworks.

  Most churches rent out halls for children's' parties but rarely adult parties, Christ Church only does afternoon parties, The East Dulwich Community centre hires out halls to 9 pm only and all music needs to be on a sound restrictor as is in a residential area. St Johns with St Clements have a small hall but not sure if they allow adult parties. Nunhead Green has a newish community centre with a couple of different size halls. Most places seem to charge around £40 ph with a deposit of £100/200 (returned if no damage or excess cleaning needed.
