Daughters 16th birthday ideas? I don't want a party in the house. Do you know a place to hire (not a pub)please?

I am really stuck- I've suggested bowling/skating/cinema.

thoughts would be appreciated- and it is this month!

Try the room in the garden of the Herne if still for hire - it was great in the dark as did it in Nov took our own music and they had speakers etc

Our grand daughter wanted to go for a meal out with a small group of friends. She choose the restaurant, her Mum booked it and checked out prices and then gave her daughter the money to pay for meal. They also had a sleepover and spent the night watching DVDS and eating crisps etc. My 16th was do long ago I cannot remember how I celebrated. Vague memory of youngest daughter wanting to see Mama Mia (stage version) with a friend then going for a meal in Soho with her friend, sister, Dad and myself for her 16th.
