Little Disco XMAS SPECIAL - daytime disco for families with under 7s-Sat 12 DEC 1pm/3.30pm in Penge

Recommended Posts

Join us on Saturday 12th December for The Little Disco Company?s Christmas Disco!

A festive day time disco for families with under 7s, at the Royston Halls, Penge.

Go crazy swirling and twirling your little ones around the dance floor and show them how you get down to the latest tunes and those retro disco classics that you love to dance to (go on, admit it!) There will be a few Christmas tracks thrown in for good measure as we help you gear up to Christmas.

Our DJ will get you ?Rocking around the Christmas Tree?, playing dance floor fillers and kids favourites and there will be other boredom busting activities such as bubbles, games and competitions, prizes and a free disco accessory for every child. There will even be snow! There are child friendly drinks and snacks available to buy to complete this fun packed afternoon. Why not organise your Christmas meet up with friends at our Winter Boogie-land?

If you're a bit rusty and need a little ?Mistletoe and Wine? before you really show the kids how it's done then the licensed bar will provide you with a little help. Have a drink and socialise with the other big kids while you watch the little kids go crazy on the dance floor from a safe distance.

Facilities include a quiet corner with tunnels and tents for a little time out, nappy changing facilities, a buggy park and a baby cosy corner in the disco itself.

Doors (and bar!) open 15 minutes prior to advertised start time.

Saturday 12 December: 1pm- 2.30pm & 3.30pm ? 5pm

At the Royston Halls, 85 Royston Road, Penge, London SE20 7QW.

Parking is free in the car park, the Royston Halls are down a short drive way, accessed at the corner of Westbury Road and Royston Road. There are many buses that serve Penge with connections all over south east London and nearest train station is Kent House (London Victoria, Bedford, Beckenham Junction, Orpington). Avenue Road and Beckenham Road Tramlink stations are a short walk.

Don't forget to check out all the details on our website. We also organise fabulous (FROZEN-themed also) disco birthday parties in South East London. Please get in touch via e-mail [email protected] or through our website.

    • Is it just me, or are some of the cars around East Dulwich now roughly the size of a modest one-bed flat? Our lovely Victorian streets were designed for horses, carts and the occasional penny-farthing — not rolling apartment blocks on wheels. Earlier today someone tried to pass me while driving squarely down the middle of the road, seemingly too terrified to move over in case their wing mirror brushed a leaf. We ended up in a sort of slow-motion standoff that felt less “road sharing” and more “Wild West showdown”. I completely understand wanting a safe, comfy car — but when the vehicle is wider than the street and both drivers need a deep breathing exercise just to squeeze past each other, it might be time to ask whether the car fits the postcode. Maybe we need Victorian-era width limits reinstated… or complimentary tape measures issued with every CPZ permit? 😉
    • Sad to hear about Mike Dulwich Fox he was a local lad born and brought up in the area.  R.I.P Bob S
    • Excellent news! I googled and came up with a thread from this forum about Jamie being forced out. I had posted the link, but when I read the thread I didn't think it was appropriate to post because  It was started by Dulwich Fox, who sadly died last year (R.I.P.), and contained comments by and to him which were not relevant to the actual closure.
