REDUCED: Ladies bike SOLD - STILL AVAILABLE: Removable Hamax baby/child seat

This is a ladies Scott bike with a Hamax rack and removable child seat NOW REDUCED TO ?95.

This is a brilliant and unusual child seat because it is very easy to slide on and off the Hamax rack on the back of the bike. Really useful if you need to cycle or commute and don't want a child seat on the back all the time. Takes only a few seconds to take on and off, I'd be very happy to show you exactly how it works.

The Scott bike is around 6 years old, is in good condition and has been serviced yearly. Please do ask any questions or come and take it for a test drive.

So the bike has been sold, but the excellent removable child seat and the rack to attach it to is still available for ?40.

The child seat slides on and off the rack easily and safely - I can demonstrate. Great option for people who don't want a child seat on their bike all the time. The seat is in really good condition. I'm happy to help mount it on your bike.

Any questions just ask.

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!

    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
