Purchased from Ikea and covered it with the fabric myself, as they only had oak-effect doors and birch-effect cabinets (typical...!), so they didn't match. Each panel is "upholstered" separately, so it's nice and neat. You could take the cabinet apart and remove the fabric if you were so inclined, as the staples are all on the inside/at the back so won't show holes.

It's a good size to use as a hallway table, as it's not too deep so doesn't take up loads of space. We used it as the "man drawer" in our old house, and it has plenty of room inside for all manner of bits and bobs, as well as space on top for the phone, a lamp, keys, and whatever other paraphernalia it might accumulate.

Measurements are as follows:

- Height 66cm

- Width 60cm

- Depth 42cm

- Cupboard height 40cm

- Drawer height 26cm

Pickup from Abbotswood Road (near Sainsburys/DHFC), unless you live locally and are really stuck without transport, in which case I'll see if I can talk my husband into dropping it off for you :)

Pop me a message or comment below if you need any more info. Thanks!

    • Happy to name agent and do understand that there are procedures to complain. I believe that it starts with a complaint to the estate agent and then you can go to the ombudsman. I am very unhopeful that this will achieve anything as it will be hard to prove what the intention of the agent was.  Also I don't want to name the agent at this stage so as not to open up myself to any legal issues. However it is an agent in the Village whish has many branches across London
    • Naming the agent isn't going to help in this case, this is down to the morals (lack of) of the buyer. I think it's always best, esp in a buyer's market, to keep details such as 'you're keen/ need to sell' to one's self, otherwise you're just giving the buyer leverage to pull a stunt like this...
    • I have tickets for tomorrow.  I'm off to do a rain dance.
    • Please name the agent and the company.  So sorry this happened to you. You could also refuse to pay the commission.
