convertible roof cleaning and reproofing

Hello, does anyone know of where to get the roof of an Mx5 cleaned and reproofed for the winter? I've tried a few bodyshops locally and no-one seems to do it.

  All Primarks have a textile recycling bin in the store. They take all textiles in whatever condition.
