Nikon Coolpix P500 camera - called a "compact bridge" as it's a bit more than a point and shoot but not as good as a DSLR, you can't change lenses. Selling as I am upgrading.

some blurb - The Nikon Coolpix P500 is a new super-zoom compact camera designed to appeal to the keen enthusiast photographer. The P500 has a mechanically-stabilized 36x optical zoom with a massive focal range of 22.5-810mm and an innovative side zoom control. It also offers a 1/2.3? Back Side Illuminated CMOS sensor with 12.2 megapixels, sensitivity range of ISO 160 to 3200, full 1080p HD video recording with stereo sound, slow-motion video at up to 240fps, manual shooting modes, a burst mode of 5 continuous shots at eight frames per second, and a 3-inch 921K-dot tiltable LCD screen.

Excellent 36x zoom (really good for wildlife shots),

12.1 megapixels. Comes with original box and charger, I will also throw in a camera bag, a camera pouch, and 2GB memory card. ?50

  Jason did a brilliant job replastering my loft bedroom. It had been done badly before, but he sorted everything out and even put in new joists where they were needed. He came across a few worrying things along the way but explained them clearly, put my mind at rest, and fixed them without any drama. He turned up when he said he would, finished on time, and kept everything tidy. Really friendly, really helpful, and the room looks fantastic now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

  Well if not housing with a bit of social attached, perhaps a local supermarket or a restaurant/ chain food place. Can’t think of anything else that would for the bill unless a private dentist or even something like Tessa Jewel to serve that section. Pity that skate park might go - guys and gals put so much work into it but have to move with times. Community centre? Anyone have any other ideas? Nice to explore….. Meant Jowel - not Jewel…
