I have a beautiful, 2 bedroom garden flat on Rosendale Road, available for rent from 20th December. Both bedrooms are a generous size, fully furnished, with large living/dining room, new bathroom and kitchen, with separate utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble drier. Free parking outside. Flat is beautifully presented and would make an ideal Christmas/New Year spot for visiting friends and family. Minimum rental period is 1 week. Please PM me for details.

Hi dear

I just saw your add on East Dulwich forum and would be really interesting.

I'm a single 30 years old living with my parents. We are Italian citizen. Been living at Goodrich Road for over 7 years. Unfortunately have leave the property as the landlord has an intention to sell it. My parents are receiving housing benefit and full pension credit as a couple. Mum does cleaning in private houses too, while my dad is awaiting for an operation at Kings College Hospital.

We have 6 weeks deposit, can definitely provide reference from landlord and anything else you might need.

Is it a ground floor flat? How much is the rent?

I will really appreciated if you please let me know.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Claire

My husband and I are looking to arrange some short term accommodation towards the end of February, to March 2016. We are having an extension built on our own house and will need to move out then. Our first baby is due on the 21st February 2016 and we don't want to take the baby back to our house while building works are taking place.

Please let us know if your accommodation is available then and we can provide further details about ourselves.

Thanks

Caitriona

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces.
