DanbyGirl Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 A creative professional couple seeks a caring, fun, energetic live out nanny to take care of their son from mid February 2016 when he turns 1. He is a happy, generally laid back child who is sociable and in a routine. He lives in a comfortable 4-bedroom Victorian house in East Dulwich, close to several parks, East Dulwich shops and public transport. At the end of April/beginning of May, a second contented and sociable little boy will join, when he is 1 year old, to create a nanny share. He lives in a comfortable 3-bedroom Victorian house in Peckham, very close to Bellenden Road shops and cafes, Goose Green Park, Peckham Rye Park and Peckham Rye Station. The two boys have compatible temperaments and play nicely together. You will have at least three years experience in professional nannying. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy and punctual. The role is for 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) at either the East Dulwich or the Peckham home (days to be agreed), from 7.30am ? 6.30pm, with occasional pre-agreed evenings/weekends for which you will be paid overtime.Your responsibilities will include:General nanny duties - looking after the welfare and development of the boysTaking them to local play groups and play dates to meet and socialise with other childrenEnsuring they spend time in the fresh air and get sufficient exerciseCooking healthy meals and snacks for the boysPutting them down for napsChanging nappies and clothing, as well as washing and drying their clothes as requiredGeneral cleaning of their bedrooms, toys, etcYou will have a minimum NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Child Care, First Aid certificate, DBS police check certificate, UK driving licence and ideally be OFSTED registered. We are also non-smoking households. We expect to pay between ?12.50 and ?14.50 net per hour depending on experience and skills.
