New Hot Yoga Basics Course, Bussey Building starts 9th Jan 2016

There is a fabulous new Hot Yoga Basics Course starting on Saturday 9th January @2-4pm and runs every Saturday for six weeks until 13th February 2016. Ideal for those new to yoga, wanting to get back into it or deepen understanding of their practice.

HOT YOGA BASICS COURSE DETAILS (6-week course)

1) Sat 9th Jan @2-4pm: Foundations of Yoga (control & focus)

2) Sat 16th Jan @2-4pm: Principles of Alignment (posture workshop)

3) Sat 23rd Jan @2-4pm: Yogic Breathing (pranayama)

4) Sat 30th Jan @2-4pm: Strengthening (muscle activation)

5) Sat 6th Feb @2-4pm: Energy Centres (seven chakras)

6) Sat 13th Feb @2-4pm: Gaining Balance (Ayurveda)

Workshops are held in the Bussey Building at Victor?s Lab, 133 Rye Lane, Peckham SE15 4ST. The 6-week course costs ?120. Alternatively single workshops can be booked at ?25 per workshop. Please see website for more details www.hotyogapeckham.co.uk/courses
