Enjoy some local late-night shopping at The Sydenham Pop-Up Shop Christmas Fair next Friday from 6-9.30pm or join us on Saturday from 10am-5.30pm.

We've got a fabulous range of products and gifts on offer, including Fancy Betty's pre-loved dresses, shoes and bags, Stephanie G's highly affordable hand-made jewellery, Jack Tilley's comic decoupage, children's clothes by nic's and BEe's and beautiful hand-made soaps and candles by Light & Bubbly. We're also delighted to welcome back Sydenham author Janet Killeen who will be on hand to sign copies of her children's books about foxes, rabbits and bears.

There's lots going on in Sydenham next Saturday with carol singing, live music and a street market selling hot food and homemade cakes,so why not make a day of it.   I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which said that Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
