Bugaboo Frog - Strap Extenders?

Has anyone else with a Frog come across this problem? I am finding with the Cosy Toes in place I am struggling to get the shoulder straps to reach properly and they either end up somewhere down near my daughters elbows or she actually wriggles out of them. I can understand as it can't be comfortable having them pulling on the shoulder.

I have seen posts on here about this problem with other buggys - has anyone had it with the Frog, and if so did you manage to get hold of strap extenders or anything?
