We recently used Marcus Clark to carry out a building survey on a property we are buying. We were so pleased with the service we got and would highly recommend him. The report was very thorough and Marcus has made himself available on a number of occasions to discuss points in the report as we have progressed through the conveyancing process.

  They have to balance the buyer's wish and getting a swift sale, but yes at the end of the day they will take a small hit. But this is the nature of the market and a case to move to a better system rather than demonise estate agents.
