Bounce Hair & Beauty Salon - bad haircut!!

My partner has used this salon 3 times and Su cuts her hair in a short bob. She went on Saturday for the same haircut but wanted it shorter at the back. Su shaved it off bald at the back up to just over an inch above her hairline.... She has used the clippers before so thought nothing of it. When shown the back she thought it looked weird but thought would have a good look when home. When she saw and I did what Su had done she was mortified, I told her to call and Su said she did it because Ems hair grew in different directions?! This was never a problem before and what happens as it grows back?! She said she MIGHT be able to give a discount next time... No offer to maintain the baldness as it grows back or her money back or anything just a possible discount next time. Em won't go back and I was planning to go but won't now. Beware of Su and her clippers.

  I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.

Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him.   Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
