TIME Counselling Presents.........

Weight Management Group Counselling Programme 2016

Paul Moody is a fully qualified counsellor and weight management therapist, who has worked as a counselling consultant for one of England?s largest weight management companies. His knowledge and insight of the industry has enabled him to design an effective therapeutic programme that invites healthy holistic transformation.

Paul's weight and Lifestyle balance classes currently run at the NAOS Centre in Ealing. The success and effectiveness of his therapeutic programme prompted him to set up a new group to be launched at the Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich.

His reason for setting up the programme was simple. Paul noticed that the majority of people who successfully achieved weight loss had only transformed themselves physically, whilst their minds remained the same as if they were still over weight. In most cases this often lead to individuals putting the weight back on over a period of time, and some individuals would often get caught up in the negative cycle of losing and gaining weight, which is not conducive or healthy for the mind or body.

With this in mind, Paul carefully designed a therapeutic programme that assists individuals in losing weight, whilst helping them to gain a clear understanding as to the psychological and emotional triggers that has lead them to have an unbalanced relationship with food and inconsistent weight management.

Each class is designed to help people who are having difficulty managing their weight, transform both their body and minds together in a synchronised process, using a holistic approach that works in natural harmony with their organic transition. It also encourages lifestyle changes that help to rebalance aspects of their lives, and opens up a clear pathway towards mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
    • Hi  I really thought I'd seen a more recent post on the forum about home education meet ups. I can't find it though. • Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
    • Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
