Help-to-Buy: any experience?

Hi,

We're looking into buying our first home with the assistance of Help-to-Buy. We've done our homework and accept that there will be trade-offs, chiefly that when we sell we pay back the equity loan plus % of overall property accrual.

Has anyone else used this scheme? Would really appreciate hearing more about other potential pitfalls we've not necessarily considered, especially on re-sale.
