Anyone know what's happening with the property on the corner of Heber / LL ? A 'Myn Properties, future development' board has gone up. Hope they're not intending in demolishing another big Victorian house for more new build flats.
If you look on the main website for myn properties you also see a new development on Landcroft Road...a new 4 bed house in the back garden of the current Victorian house. No details are given as to the planning application status. I know you can search on Southwark website but not really sure how you go about that.

Only a two floor extension rather than the three floor one shown in those photos. So keeping at least some part of the existing house.

The original planning application was for a three storey building but that was withdrawn - it sounds like it got a pretty unenthusiastic reception from the "Delegated Panel":

The second application, which was granted, was for a two storey extension:

As others have said, they're also knocking down the old workshop immediately behind the house and building a second new house on the empty site behind that on Landcroft Road, which is currently the back garden of #263:

(If you're interested, you can click through "related documents" to see plans and drawings as well as all the associated paperwork from the applications.)

    • I bought my peloton last August, I sit 4 feet in front of it everyday at my desk. When I do use it I love it, yet no interest nor obligation to use it of late without some gentle boost of encouragement other than my gelatinous self reflection.  Once upon a time (not all too long ago) I’d be doing 2 spin classes a day. I know I have it in me and I’m far from lazy. Be great if anyone locally wanted to do some check ins / accountability / light and fun competitive elements etc.  I’ve seen at least 3 pelotons in windows in SE22.  I’m one step away from knocking on their doors 😀.    Responses of sincere kindness and helpful support are welcome only. Advice is not sought after. Purely welcoming people who have access to a peloton to discuss further.  Thanks  Emily
