Wanted reliable builder for bathroom and floor sanding

Really grateful for recommendations re builders for bathroom refurb (will include knocking down some walls). We are also looking for recommendations re floor sanders as we have a number of floors that need repair and rescan ding. We are in Camberwell.

I can totally recommend Back to Wood for floor sanding (as recommended to me on here) - Steve and Nichola were professional, clean, tidy and full of knowledge. And the floor in my lounge looks amazing!

I'm getting them back to do my hall. The only problem - they're so popular that they're booked up until June at the moment!
