More details We believe that such a law would constitute complete violation of the Geneva Convention and International Human Rights Law. UN experts have called for these proposals to be dropped. We need to address these irresponsible dog owners who continue to leave their dogs Feaces on the pavements! I was particularly shocked to see a large one outside Gumboots nursery this week. It has to be stopped! it takes two minutes to clean up your dogs crap!
