Where's the best placeto advertise a job?

I am looking for a local someone to provide after school care for my kids ( 9,11 )three days a week. Could suit student,postgrad,self employed.....

where best to place it on the site? The family section is really orientated at younger families- wouldn't it be good to have a "local jobs offered section" to help all in the community.

Put it in the family rooms classifieds section as it is a family related requirement. Unfortunately there is not enough call for a local jobs section yet.
