Child minder/nanny share wanted

We are looking for a child minder for our 11 month old girl, preferably starting at the begining of Feb. We would be looking for care for Monday-Thursday. I only work until 1pm so if half days suit someone that would be great too. Also open to the idea of a nanny share. We live in Nunhead but happy for someone to be in Dulwich/Peckham.
