Pet Friendly One Bedroom Wanted

Hello Everyone,

Professional couple looking for a 1 bedroom flat, max 1300 PCM, in East Dulwich and surrounding areas. We are both full time employees and can provide professional and landlord references. Emma works in marketing and I work in the wine industry. Additionally, we can provide references for our small dog, who is very well trained, clean and quiet. We are looking to move April/May, but want to get the ball rolling as early as possible.

Hi Desiree and Emma,

We have just been given notice by our tenants and will be looking to re-let our flat from the beginning of Feb.

It's on Romola Road (Herne Hill) and is a lovely 1-2 bed garden flat. Our current tenants have a dog, so we would be happy to continue this. Also, they have installed a "dog flap", so you could use that!

I can send you some photos this evening if you're interested. It's about 800 sq ft and we refurbished it in 2012.
