Thanks for the recommendation. I'm happy that your house is finally a home, after all that's always the goal and after your previous experience it was even more important to give you the home you been dreaming of and spent a lot of money to make come true. It's been a true pleasure working with you guys on this project and I wish you all the best for the future.

Hi, I invited Anders to a job. However, he did not tell me that he charges ?350 just for a quote! I thought, this guy either enjoys taking people for a ride - he did not bother when we met to inform me of the ?350 fee!! - or he really does not want any more work. If it's the latter, truly, good on him!! Anyway, I heartily would NOT recommend this individual.

Please beware of this builder as we hired him based on this recommendation on EDF. Ourselves and another family with young children have both had to bring in other builders to complete overdue works that are carried out to a very poor standard by Hansson Construction in Summer 2016.

    • You might want to try the Peckham Facebook community group. I am located in East Dulwich & have 2 well-used scratchers: A large single post (ideal for an adult cat) & a small cat tree with 2 short posts (ideal for kittens) While the wear & tear is nowhere near as bad as the one shown in the link below, ideally the sisal should be replaced to get the best use out of it (& neutralise the scent of another cat) hence why I haven't donated these to a shelter. You may find this link helpful: https://thegreenmadhouse.com/diy/how-to-repair-your-cat-scratcher But you can just get a brand new one between £10-£30 on Amazon that'll last much longer. It all depends on what type of scratcher you're looking for; material, size, vertical or horizontal. Your little lion will let you know by whether they're currently scratching down or up, like a mat or armchair for example. More than happy to send location & leave in front garden for pickup.
    • Would happily take it off your hands! Preferably in Peckham. Thanks 🙏🏻
    • I understand that, but I can't really grasp how it works in practice, but never mind 😵‍💫
    • It's local independent shops supporting one another.
