garnwba Posted November 30, 2009 Share Posted November 30, 2009 After many conversations with O2 they have confired that they have been working on the mast which serves the local area resulting in the phone service going down most nights in November. Like me you may have noticed "inactive sim" on your phones?They have just refunded my line rental for that period - if you've been disrupted then suggest you give them a call.
