Lazero
Has anyone ever used an eBay seller locally? eBay call them "trading assistants", and they are people/ companies that will collect, list, and post items on your behalf on eBay. In theory it saves you a lot of time and hassle, and if you never sell on eBay then you are getting the benefit of their (hopefully) good seller reputation. In the next few weeks I want to have a clear out and would be interested in any personal recommendations for people who do this work. A colleague uses this approach all the time, but lives in Harpenden so her seller is a bit too far away. There are London-based companies I can find on Google, but they only take on the really valuable stuff (at least ?50-100). I'm already aware of EDF for sale area, local charity shops, and charities that do collections as viable options, I just want to explore what else might be out there.
