Hello Dear,

We are really interesting in the property.

We are small Italian family citizen. Couple 60 years old, both of us receiving housing benefit and full pension credit and my 30 years old son awaiting to receive Housing benefit but currently receiving jobseeker allowance until I find a new job.

We have been living at the same address (East Dulwich )SE22 for over 7 years but unfortunately need to move as the Landlord has intention to sell the property.

Would love to stay around the area as my husband is under treatment at King's College Hospital.

Please let me know if our criteria match. We are definitely available to go for viewing.

Hope to hear back from you asap.

Many thanks in advance,

Beatr?z.

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. The article contained: "That arrest had quite an impact on the [phone theft] numbers for the following month,” said Green.  Here's another indicator, admittedly a piece of police PR,  of how well-targeted police efforts, mostly invisible to us,  can when successful  seriously affect offending figures: https://news.met.police.uk/news/met-police-drive-down-theft-and-robbery-by-84-percent-in-battersea-and-nine-elms-500495.
    • Another excellent article from Jim Waterson's London Centric reporting https://www.londoncentric.media/p/kitchen-foil-and-algerian-markets?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email Interesting that there seem to be favoured and repeated routes for phone snatching for particular thieves.  Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
