recovering deleted emails through hacking

Hi, my Hotmail account was hacked yesterday and all my emails deleted, does anyone know if there is a way of getting these back or someone who might be able to do this? There is years of emails and information that has just disappeared. Thanks.

I don't use Hotmail but found this article. Haven't read the full article so don't know it will work if your account has been hacked...
