Help! I have lost all my email contacts

My Hotmail account appears to have changed to Outlook and I found this morning that all my e mail contacts lists have disappeared .

Since I am secretary of a organisation and also a charity Trustee - I have around 80 people who I contact on a regular basis

I have tried going into People but nothing is listed, A friend had a similar experience and retrieved his email list quite by accident but cannot recall how he did it.

Can anyone who is more computer savvy than me advise? Thanks

I have Windows 7 if that makes any difference, I had Windows 10 which was awful and I paid an expert to get rid of it.

Mine disappeared for about half an hour this afternoon - have you tried again?

I had the same problem this morning. I logged out then logged back in, everything back to normal...

I checked again in the evening and they were all back!
