Account Manager opportunity at a boutique recruitment firm based in Forest Hill are seeking an attentive and flexible individual for the position of Account Manager / Researcher.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, well-spoken and have a personable attitude to work. The role requires solid task management skills, telephone skills and the eagerness to learn.

Working within a small-knit team, tasks will vary upon day-to-day and the successful application will gain knowledge of the industries Apt Search work with - Data Analytics, Information Governance and eDiscovery.

Description:

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

? Manage the initial stages of all in-coming candidates. This task will involve the management of a candidate?s profile on the company?s CRM system; scheduling and holding several phone calls with candidates and shortlisting suitable candidates for available positions

? Assist in the headhunting and search process of candidates using the various platforms available

Requirements:

? Previous experience working within an office is essential. Past duties may include: administrative tasks; personal assistant experience; working across various stages of recruitment and in-depth client-facing assignments

? Strong telephone skills with a personable yet confident approach is necessary

? Experience in a sales-focussed role is desirable

? Excellent organisational skills

? Solid computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office

? Previous experience using various emailing and CRM systems is desirable

? Ability to be self-motivated, work on own initiative and undertake tasks autonomously
