Architects who have dealt with Dulwich Estates - recommendations?

Can anyone please recommend a good and readily priced architect who has dealt with Dulwich Estates and potentially even 1960s houses in the local area?

Do you know that the DE have their own Architect. So if its a general question they will come and see you and give advice. I have done this recently.
