A lizard isn't just for Christmas

I have bought my 9 year animal mad son two bearded dragons for Christmas from a long established pet store in Pets Wood. He already has two terrapins and dozens of stick insects which I am hoping he will fed to the dragons, stick insects that is not the terrapins.

Any good advice on what to do to keep these surprisingly beautiful animals in top form?

I am picking them up Christmas eve with the live locust and all the bits you need for a vivarium and I can see he will want to keep the locust as pets as well.
