School playground or empty car park hire during the weekend

Does anyone know whether there is a tarmac space at least 30ft by 80ft that is for hire during the weekend please?

All depends what you want it for and how long - the East Dulwich Community Centre has a playground about this size. The Booking Officer is usually in the office on Thursday mornings

Thank you. It's for road safety basic training on up to 125cc motorbikes all approved by the Government and offering full 3rd party insurance.

centre may not be appropriate as the playground is used during the week for children and would not want spilt oil etc on the tarmac.
