You could have a look at this place: https://lowermillestate.com/stay/ It's a development built on the Cotswold Water park with a rage of accommodations. It has an indoor and outdoor pool, plus plenty of other activities, on-site and in the surrounding area. -

I tried Viet Flavour and was disappointed. Their summer rolls especially were not at all good, stodgy and flavourless. Pho-OK. I'm hoping it will get better -
The new viet place also does solid bahn mi's to takeaway, made fresh to order but made quickly. £12 for their special bahn mi (only slightly cheaper for others) so pricey but nice to have a different kind of lunch/sandwich offering locally. -
