Painter for ceiling water damage job

Hi, I am looking for a clean and tidy painter with own kit to paint the ceiling over a stair which has been damaged by water. Will need to treat the stain and then paint over. Looking to do the job the first week of Feb in Se21. Near West Dulwich station. Many thanks
