Information about loft conversion

Hi - I'm after information please. First, a rough budget for a loft conversion in your standard Victorian terraced house of the type on Landcroft Road near Crystal Palace Road end :). Second anyone willing to show off their loft conversion and tell me about their experience. I know there are lots of good firms that do them but before speaking to any of them I want to speak to a person who has lived through the process and view the results. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

We are a loft conversion project management company that works in your area.

We have worked a lot of Victorian conversions and can put you in touch with several of our past clients with similar projects in south east London, so you can talk to them about their experiences and see the finished results.

We would be happy to advise you on your project, whether you're looking at getting a dormer, mansard, l-shaped dormer or otherwise. You can also see some our past projects and client stories on our blog http://www.landmark-lofts.com/category/our-projects/.

Cost-wise, it will really depend on the type of conversion you are looking to get. We can give you a free quotation based on your requirements, you can contact us on 020 3150 0505.

I hope this helps,

Landmark Lofts team

    • I booked Nico based on the reviews on here and wasn't disappointed. He called me back promptly, diagnosed what was wrong with a leak under our kitchen sink and a toilet making odd noises, turned up when he said he would and fixed both problems. Both jobs were more complicated than expected due to our house and plumbing being old, but he stayed until he was happy the jobs were done to a high standard and both problems were fixed. We have had so many issues in the past with things leaking water or malfunctioning as soon as a plumber leaves, so wouldn't hesitate to book him again and will definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done.
