Hello, Due to the severe weather warning we have decided to cancel tomorrow's Babble and Squeak Playtime (18th December) - sorry to anyone who was planning to brave the weather! We will be back on the 8th January though - hopefully see you there! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone, Best wishes, Kate and Tina

  No. Both sides of the dispute have to agree to mediation in the first place. I have been in a situation where the other people concerned refused to have mediation. And it wouldn't have been free.

  mediation is often offered as a next step to sorting problems between neighbours. Perhaps ask the council for that. You shouldn't need to pay.
