Lodger wanted for fabulous room in West Dulwich house - ?650pcm

We have a beautiful and very large room available at the top of our lovely 5-bed Victorian house in West Dulwich. The room comes with shared use of a large kitchen, 2 large reception rooms, huge garden, and has (mostly) sole use of a bathroom. The house is close to the shops and restaurants at the Park Hall Road crossroads, and West Dulwich station is about 10 minutes walk.

We are a professional couple (I am in marketing in the City/partner is a broadcaster) and we have 2 teenage kids. We are very friendly and easy-going, and all of us have very busy lives. All of our previous lodgers have been very happy with us.

The room would best suit either a young person who is not prepared to compromise on quality of accommodation, or a local professional - teacher, doctor etc - given our proximity to Dulwich schools and with Kings College Hospital at Denmark Hill not far away. The room is available now for ?650 per month including bills.
