Has anyone else had a bad experience using Plenta Effect / Laimonas Plenta builders?

I have not used the company myself however the house I'm currently living in had some work done by Plenta Effect, and there have been a number of things that have gone wrong, or which really should have lasted for longer.

How much of this is a result of the spec that the previous owners gave to Plenta Effect, and how much a result of issues with quality of workmanship, I couldn't say.
