I have a 1 bed flat on Devonshire Road in Forest Hill i'm awaiting planning permission to extend but it's now available until i do for 2-3 months. Really looking to cover costs as it was rented for ?1200 pcm but now looking for around ?900 or open to offers. Available now and is clean and tidy but no furniture

i'm also selling a 2 bed house on Cibber Road in Forest Hill which is due to complete in early April but available for short term, unfurnished let in the meantime. Was let for ?1550 cpm but looking for offers around ?1000 for a quick tenant for 2 months or so

Seems ED might be one of them ☹️
