Spacious double bedroom to rent

A very spacious double bedroom is available to rent in our very large house on Heber road. The bedroom has a large bed, desk, drawers, shelves, wardrobe, and huge mirror. It also has a lovely bay window.

In the rest of the house there's two living rooms, one of which is very big. We also have a dining area and kitchen. There are four rented bedrooms, and there's also a spare single bedroom (for guests!). We have two bathrooms (so no issues in the morning getting ready for work), and one of the bathrooms has a double shower and double bathtub complete with flat screen TV and views out over to central London. It's LOVELY!

It's a 10 minute walk to East Dulwich train station, and a 25 minute walk to Denmark Hill.

There are currently three females living in the house at the moment. We are a friendly (but often busy!) bunch, and would like someone who is happy to say hello and enjoys catching up over tea. We're happy for a male or female to join us.

Rent is ?800 pcm excl bills.

    • That's not a bad idea, though I also want to keep the site as simple and user friendly as possibly. It's ultimately about getting a balance between being informative and being a good read. Stars are useful but I'd like people to read the reviews too.
    • Standard places haven’t got any? Anyone seen any on sale this week? thanks
    • Sue. You really don’t have to keep saying about the electoral system    a) we all know about it b) it doesn’t matter    FPTP is the system we have always had and hopefully we will get rid of it someday but it is what it is    when anyone suggests changing the system Corbyn is right there at the front of the queue to prevent it   so its pointless him or any of supporters complaining about it    the evidence you want is the result of the elections. You can’t have clearer evidence.
    • Has anyone from the school commented? Have they said why? Is it a fresh start? Is it that Grove in the name may have connotations of wealth and they want to attract more applicants from a wider area? Is that it currently is linked to the DKH Estate?
